HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please fill out an inquiry form on the Contact Us page. Please expect a response 24-48 hours to further discuss and confirm any details regarding the order. You can also email us at luciolebakery@gmail.com. If emailing, please provide the occasion type, date of event, number of servings, flavor/fillings desired, and a description of the design you would like.

Payment must be received to lock in your order. Orders placed within two weeks of your event and/or have a total of less than $150 must be paid in full at time of booking. For orders over $150, the option of a 50% non-refundable deposit is available, however, the remaining amount must be paid 14 days before your event. We currently accept cash, check, and Venmo @luciolebakery.

WHAT SIZE CAKE SHOULD I ORDER FOR MY PARTY?

Please refer to our Cake Cutting Guide below to see which size will be appropriate for your cake needs. We currently provide cake sizes 6"-10". To accommodate for weddings and larger events we do make double barrel cakes to serve more guests.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

The earlier the better. Especially if you are inquiring about wedding cakes! Contacting us earlier helps ensure that we have more time to discuss and deliver on your vision. If you need a cake on a shorter notice, please do not hesitate to ask. We would love to accommodate you if we can!

DO OUR CAKES NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED? 

Our cakes are all adorned with our signature buttercream are meant to be eaten at room temperature. If you will be having the cake within a couple days rather than the day of pick up please do refrigerate you cake in between that time and take it out of the fridge 1-2 hours before serving the cake. Again, please do keep in mind that due to the butter content in the buttercream hotter temperatures may make the cake melt, therefore it should be kept in a cooler place til ready to serve. The time to come to room temperature in the summer may be shorter than the 1-2 hour period.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We put a lot of love and care into each and every single one of our cakes. Due to this and the edible nature of our craft we do not provide refunds. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, please email us at luciolebakery@gmail.com and we will discuss options. If you cancel your order within a week timeframe of your pickup date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

DO YOU USE FONDANT?

Sorry, no fondant! But we are sure we can make you a cake that you will love without it!

CAN I SEND YOU PICTURES OF A CAKE I WANT?

We always welcome inspiration, but unfortunately we do not copy the work of other talented cake artists. Please point out certain aspects of the design that you enjoy and we will be sure to draw inspiration from them. You can even send over inspiration that is not cake at all!
